The system allows a single operator to perform procedures as well as guide devices to examine, diagnose, and treat pancreaticobiliary conditions.
Orbera™ Intragastric Balloon System
The Orbera™ Intragastric Balloon System is a non-surgical weight loss aid designed for patients with a BMI of 30-40 who have not achieved significant results from diet and exercise alone. The system involves the endoscopic insertion of a soft, silicone balloon into the stomach, where it is then filled with saline. This balloon occupies space within the stomach, promoting a feeling of fullness and reducing the amount of food the patient can consume.
